--Quarters and Dimes--

Mikki is terribly upset at the moment. She is tired and slightly cranky, and the eccentricities are at an all-time high.

She should really stop staying up until all ungodly hours in the morning. I wasn't even writing this time, I was reading. Until almost four in the morning.

Don't try that at home, kids.

On the other hand, Mikki is extremely happy. And she has a dare for you.

Last night, I made it extremely close to 20 k. My goal is 80 k when it's finished, although I won't attest to it going over. Do you know how much of 80 that 20 is?

Officially a quarter through with her current novel . . . and loving it. I mean, who wouldn't, right?  I'm almost a quarter of the way through with writing a book. A freaking book.

I'm turning on some happy music. If you want to tell me how far you are with writing your current book,  do it. Mikki is curious how she ranks.

And you are correct. Dimes have absolutely nothing to do with this post. It just sounded cool.
